GUARANTEE OF USE WITH REITEL
At REITEL, we always strive to offer our customers the highest level of service and satisfaction. Therefore, we guarantee that REITEL devices purchased through a specialist dealer will be shipped within 48 hours if a stock device is available. If desired and depending on availability, we also offer express delivery within 24 hours for an additional fee.
Furthermore, we provide a rental device free of charge to bridge gaps if the ordered device is not in stock and has a delivery time of more than 10 working days. Rental devices for REITEL repair devices are also provided free of charge in the event of a warranty claim. Rental devices for third-party products or custom-made special devices can be provided depending on availability. Please note that rental devices are suitable for the same purpose but may differ in design and technology from the original (for example, SUPERSTEAM instead of TRONADA). Please note that the usage guarantee does not apply to call-off quantities or stock items of the dealer.
We cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping/transport or in the event of damage over which neither we nor the dealers have any control. Rental devices must be returned no later than 10 days after receipt of the purchased device. The customer is obliged to pack the rental device ready for collection and contact the dealer for return transport. The return shipping costs will be covered by the responsible dealer. However, late returns will be charged.
We, REITEL Feinwerktechnik GmbH, provide a 24-month warranty on our products from the confirmed date of sale (only D, A, CH) as well as a 12-month warranty on products with order numbers 2, 3, 5, and 9. This warranty guarantees that the products are free from material, manufacturing, and processing defects. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further provisions.
