Homogeneity in Perfection

Headerbild Produkte Mixing

The quality of every investment and every model begins with the mixing process. REITEL's mixing and vibrating devices are designed to process plasters, investment materials, and alginates in a completely bubble-free and homogeneous consistency. Through the combination of powerful vacuum technology and precisely controllable vibrations, these devices lay the foundation for the highest levels of fit accuracy and surface quality.

Robust mechanics and intuitive controls guarantee reproducible results even under high laboratory workloads. The long-lasting stainless steel construction also ensures easy cleaning and maximum stability during operation.

Precision through Vacuum and Vibration

Our vacuum mixing devices extract air from the compound during the mixing process itself, preventing the formation of micropores in the material. Complementing this, the vibrating devices ensure an even flow of the compounds into the mould, with intensity precisely matched to the viscosity of the material. The result is smooth, detail-accurate surfaces free from unwanted inclusions.

The right solution for every need

Dental Laboratory

In dental technology, bubble-free processing of plasters and investment materials is the foundation for every precise restoration. Vacuum mixing devices ensure an absolutely homogeneous consistency, while vibration tables help the compounds flow into the impression or flask. This prevents air inclusions at critical areas such as preparation margins and guarantees high edge stability and smooth surfaces on the model or casting mould.

Dental Practice

In the practice, compact mixing devices are used primarily for the fast and clean preparation of alginates or impression materials. Compared to manual mixing, mechanical mixing consistently delivers high material quality without lump formation. Small vibrating devices also support the bubble-free pouring of study models or splints directly on-site, increasing efficiency in prosthetics and orthodontics.

Industry

In industrial manufacturing and mould making, the devices are used for mixing specialist plasters, fine casting compounds, or silicones. Wherever the highest level of detail accuracy and material density is required, vacuum technology ensures reproducible results. The vibrating devices also enable the uniform compaction of materials in complex moulds, minimising waste and increasing the load-bearing capacity of components.

FAQ – Mixing with REITEL

How does the handling differ between the VACURET and VACURET DIGIT models?
While the base model VACURET is controlled manually via a timer, the VACURET DIGIT features electronic controls. Various mixing parameters can be set and saved digitally, which guarantees a high level of reproducibility — particularly when processing different materials.
What are the advantages of vibration-free mixing under vacuum?
The integrated vacuum extracts trapped air from the compound during the mixing process itself. This prevents micropores and air inclusions in the plaster or investment material. The result is significantly higher material density, smoother surfaces, and improved edge stability of models and casting moulds.
Does an external compressor need to be connected for operation?
No, the devices in the VACURET series (except for the VACURET EASY inject) are equipped with their own high-performance vacuum pump. This makes the devices independent of external compressed air or vacuum systems. As soon as the mixing cup is fixed to the device, the pump automatically builds up the required vacuum.
How is maintenance of the vacuum pump carried out?
The devices are designed to be low-maintenance. The only requirement is the regular replacement of the filter inside the device to maintain the full suction power of the pump. The stainless steel housing is also easy to clean of material residues and remains corrosion-resistant for years.
Which cup sizes can be used with the VACURET?
The system is flexible and offers various cup sizes from 200 ml up to 1000 ml. The filter system in the cup lid prevents powder residues from entering the vacuum pump, which extends maintenance intervals and protects the longevity of the device.
Can the device also be wall-mounted?
Yes, the VACURET is designed as standard for wall mounting, saving valuable space on the work surface. For laboratories that prefer a mobile solution or do not wish to wall-mount, a robust stand is optionally available that guarantees a secure footing.
