Dust is generated wherever grinding, blasting, milling, or processing takes place. The extraction units of REITEL's DUSTY series are designed to reliably capture this dust at its point of origin and safely remove it from the user's breathing air. The series comprises three models for different requirements: the DUSTY MINI HEPA as a compact dry vacuum for the finest dusts, the DUSTY COMFORT as a versatile wet and dry vacuum for medium particle sizes, and the DUSTY ZIRKON as a high-performance fine dust extractor for cleanroom operation.

All three models can be connected directly to workstations, sandblasting devices, and other machines via connection adapters, and are available with an automatically switching device socket that activates the connected device automatically when extraction starts. The DUSTY MINI HEPA and DUSTY ZIRKON meet filter class H13 and H respectively, with a separation efficiency of 99.97 to 99.99 percent, making them suitable for health-critical fine dusts as well.

The Right Device for Every Type of Dust

The DUSTY MINI HEPA stands out through its compact dimensions, low weight of 5.5 kg, and a noise level of 49 to 54 dB(A). It fits into virtually any space in the laboratory and is optionally available with automatic switch-on. The DUSTY COMFORT offers greater capacity with a 30-litre container volume and mechanical power control for use at sandblasting devices and larger workstations. The DUSTY ZIRKON is specifically designed for fine dusts such as zirconium dioxide, features a push-and-clean function for filter cleaning, and with a 45-litre container volume is designed for continuous use at CAD/CAM milling machines.

Dental Laboratory

In the dental laboratory, very different types of dust are generated depending on the work step — from coarse plaster dust during trimming, to blasting media residues during sandblasting, through to the finest zirconium dioxide dust during CAD/CAM processing. In industrial manufacturing, dusts of widely varying particle sizes and compositions are generated — from coarse grinding particles through to fine metal dusts and plastic particles. The DUSTY COMFORT offers a robust and flexible solution for continuous use at machines and workstations in production, with its mechanical power control and large 30-litre container. Where health-hazardous fine dusts are generated, the DUSTY ZIRKON provides the necessary protection with its filter class H and a separation efficiency of 99.99 percent. The automatically switching device socket on all models enables direct coupling with the connected machine, ensuring extraction is always active when the machine is running.

Jewelry

In the jewelry workshop, grinding, filing, and polishing generate fine metal dusts from precious metals that both burden health and represent valuable material. The DUSTY MINI HEPA reliably captures these particles through its HEPA H13 filter class and retains them in the filter, preventing precious metal dust from being dispersed into the room air. Its low weight and compact dimensions make it the ideal solution for use at individual workstations in the jewelry workshop.
